Here are the screencaps that were submitted to me earlier this week. These are from an MSN Messenger conversation that took place on May 8th 2009 which occurred between Atwa and a former friend. During the 1 hour and 20 minute conversation Atwa discusses the list, SHARES the list, acknowledges the list came from a petition of complaint to EA, and when asked who gave it to her she replies “Thomas” In addition to this Atwa also shares the surnames of 2 people, a possible location of another.
The submitter has given permission for its publication and the use of her name, she has however censored small portions of the screencaps with black flood to hide her friends list and her email. I have done additional blur censoring to obscure surnames and possible locations mentioned by Atwa, and her email address. I have also had to crop the images so that they fit within the blog. I assure you there is nothing extra to see on the missing left side apart from censored blocks.
The submitter has asked that I convey this part of her private post: “will you let people know how sorry I am and that I’m not part of TSR anymore, I haven’t been for months. and that I told Anita not to contact me anymore, EVER. I’m really sorry and I hope no one judges me.” It is clear from the rest of her post that she feels deep regret for not coming forward last year. I personally would like to commend her bravery for coming forward, no matter how late.

Oh, forgot to add… Atwa, it wasn’t Sherri that turned me against you and TSR. In fact, it wasn’t even the folks at PMBD, although they gave a good argument against you. I turned against TSR and you when I found out that you shared Paypal information with your creators. Until then, I thought the whole pay/free thing was one never ending clusterfuck, but that proved that TSR is just downright nasty. So, don’t blame Sherri, blame yourself, Thomas, and anyone else that had anything to do with the first “let’s share paypal information!” scam.

Thanks for posting this. Normally I would just lurk but I’m not sure if it’s just me but I can read everything you blurred out except for atwa’s e-mail. I just thought you should know since I don’t think it was done intentionally.

Reading this, I tried to get angry at Atwa but I ended up feeling sorry for her. It seems as if she’s hanging all her self worth on being an FA and impressing TSR. She needs to leave the Sims fandom and do something else with her life, not just because her work is godawful and she publishes private information, but for her mental health.

OK, this is very interesting reading.. Since I haven’t even tried to log in to TSR since this scandal last year (or even before) I don’t know if they’ve kicked me out because I’m a “filthy pirate” (on the “pirate”petition list). But if they have I’m soooo gonna call them up and ask what the hell they’re thinking. Maybe I should talk to a lawyer because signing a petition is NOT illegal in Sweden, Canada or the US.

Hahahahaha been without a computer 99% of the time for over a year now (3 graphics cards, 1 fan, 1 complete meltdown and a psu or 2) yet I am still a master hacker with my own gang of hackers no less – I am impressed by my skills I must say!! The police obviously took her seriously as I’m still waiting for that knock on the door… Thereagain if they bothered to investigate her rather libellous claims then they would have proved 100% I’ve never hacked anyone! I’m sure someone can confirm I wasn’t even on the petition list.
Luckily for Atwat I have integrity or I would publish her full name and mobile phone number. Wonder how acceptable she would find it then! I’ve never known her address although allegedly that didn’t stop me sitting outside her home with my laptop (that I don’t actually have) hacking (a skill I wish I had!) her accounts LOL The date and time stamped photos of me in a tent in a field in the middle of nowhere in the UK with no electric at around the time she was allegedly hacked were just a minor inconvenience! As of course was my passport which expired in Oct 2006 LOL

Word of advice Anita – either have me arrested or stop making false allegations against me you pathetic talentless nobody. I know what I am doing with my TSR account, though I have never paid for anything.
Between this thread, which was linked from BlackPearlSims, which was linked from a kindred souls site on GoS, I have discovered that, in my naivite as a new simmer, I have supported a site that is nothing more than a gaggle of what seems to be elementary-minded people who ILLEGALLY screw others over.
TSR was the first site i came across that i could download content from, as i did not want to bother with read-mes. I didn’t have to exract anything.
But now that i know how to do so, i have stuck to free-only sites.

The section talking about Delphy being a convicted pedophile is quite unnecessary. If I were Delph, I’d sue her ass for slander, internet or in person it’s against the law. Second, this is all over being kicked off of a website? Where the hell does her actual JOB come in? To be frank, everyone that she mentions in this IM conversation could sue her for slander, they might even be able to get Susan. I don’t know who Atwa is, or anyone else they’ve mentioned, but getting all worked up and hacking over a computer game is VERY IMMATURE, and honestly none of them must have much going for them if all they do is this. TSR is NOT a good website to download from, I’ve known about it sharing Paypal/CC info for awhile, and i’ve never been a subscriber. I will NEVER pay for use created content, if it’s a pay item, i don’t need it.

Wow. I just started reading into all the atrocities TSR has committed. This is absolutely terrible, and the things they are doing are illegal! TSR was the first site I found that had custom content, besides thesims2.ea of course, but I know what i am going to go do right now, even though i too have never paid for anything on the site. I’m deleting my account pronto && warning all my friends (one of which DOES pay for a TSR subscription) about this and link them to these threads. Thank you so much for sharing the ravings of this obviously disturbed woman, and the other information that has been brought too light. I have personally had problems with TSR downloads. They have crashed my sims game before and Avast (my antivirus software)has popped up warning me i am downloading a virus while downloading some of their custom content. Its a shame really, seems like even in the world of the sims its hard for people to be honest anymore.
Keep up the amazing work (Y). It may not mean much but you have my full support, and my tsr account with all its uploads are going to be removed immediately. (I have like 10 creations that have been pending for almost a freaking month anyways -___- )
Reply: Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can not delete your TSR account nor remove your work from the site. Once your work is uploaded, TSR assume all ownership. Another word for this is ’stealing’. They will also not allow you to remove your username, if they allowed every unhappy member to simply leave they could no longer claim to have the ‘largest fan site’, and they would have to change their claim to the ’smallest sheep pen’. Also purging the database of your juicy plain text password would break Toms sinister little heart. I would also like to add that your full support means a lot to me and I thank you for that.

In consequence I will never visit both tsr and mts again. Concerning Anita: It seemes to me that tsr are mobbing a (possibly) mentally disturbed person – knowing or hoping that nobody will believe her – even IF she is telling the truth. (In India we have a saying: One carnivore eats the other.)It was very courageous of Susan to post the MSN to you and I really hope she is fine so far. Good luck, Susan! My mum used to pay for TSR account years back, when my fmaily first got into the downloading side of the game. I can’t believe these are the type of ill-minded complete waste of time and space people that we supported for a few years. I am certainly glad that I found this site.
